*** THIS APP WILL BE USEFUL FOR YOU IF ***
- You know what you need to do but you dont know how to start.
- You dont have enough motivation for finishing what youve started.
- You often find yourself wasting time for something unrelated to the goal.
- You are tired of giving up and you want to progress more stable.
- You feel like if you had some external motivation it would help you.

*** HOW IT WORKS ***
1. CREATE A GOAL
Create a new goal by filling in: NAME, COEFFICIENT, SUCCESS LETTER, FAILURE LETTER.

2. ACHIEVE THE GOAL
For one second in the working regime you get COEFFICIENT amount of rest seconds, for one second in the resting regime you are loosing one rest second. The main idea of the app is not to let the resting time to run out.

3. FINISH THE GOAL
When the goal is finished (achieved or failed) set the corresponding status and read the letter that you wrote to yourself at the first step.

*** WHY IT WORKS ***
1. ONE GOAL AT A TIME
When you are trying to achieve multiple goals simultaneously as a rule in the end you achieve noting. If you have multiple goals you need to achieve them consequently one by one. The app forces you to concentrate all your efforts only one goal at a time.

2. EXPLICIT GOAL DECLARATION
When the goal has been explicitly declared it is way more likely that it will be achieved.

3. PROPORTIONAL TIME MANAGEMENT
The amount of rest is proportional to the amount of work. You force this proportion explicitly by specifying COEFFICIENT. This way if you want to take a good rest you first need to earn it by a decent work.

4. ADDITIONAL MOTIVATION WITH LETTERS
At the first step you write letters which will be displayed to you on switching the goal status to SUCCESS or FAIL. Those letters give you additional motivation to work and not to give up in the process.

5. MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
The app is extremely simple: it doesnt force you to create TODO lists, schedule events, draw mind maps, etc. You just create a goal and maintain the proportion of working and resting. And on top of this simple concept you can use any other technique or tool that you like.
